Medical Aesthetics Training Program​
Train with confidence under Mica Aesthetics, in collaboration with experienced physicians and medical directors specializing in neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Our program provides hands-on injection training rooted in safety, precision, and evidence-based practice. In addition to clinical instruction, we offer an exclusive shadowing programwhere nurses can follow Mica in-clinic, observe real patient cases, and gain insight into the operations, patient flow, and business foundations of a successful medical aesthetics practice.
Injection Theory & Certification
Your training begins with our physicians and medical directors, who guide you through the fundamental principles of neuromodulators and dermal fillers. This first phase focuses on anatomy, product knowledge, safety protocols, and evidence-based injection techniques. Through structured theory sessions and guided demonstrations, you’ll develop a strong clinical foundation before moving into hands-on practice. Trainings and certifications generally last 2-3 days.
Mica Aesthetics Apprenticeship
Once the technical foundations are mastered, participants can elevate their learning through the Mica Aesthetics Apprenticeship Program. This immersive shadowing experience allows nurses to observe real-time consultations, treatment planning, injection techniques, and patient management alongside our medical directors and senior injectors. Beyond clinical skills, you’ll gain valuable insight into workflow, client communication, ethical practice, and the business operations that support a thriving medical aesthetics clinic. It’s the bridge between education and true professional confidence — designed to shape well-rounded, industry-ready practitioners.
